After the long winter when it was so difficult for anyone to do any exercise outdoors, now is the ideal time for Park Fitness so get yourslf a Fitness Buddy whether its a friend or work colleague and enjoy the great outdoors. You could always get a dog to run with - dog walkers are normally fitter than the general population!
If you haven’t done much exercise over the last few weeks a fast walk is probably the best exercise you could start with. If you already have some fitness then cycling, jogging or actual exercising outside is a much better and healthier place to be than inside a gym. Just start off in a small way and build up gradually over the days or weeks. Our lives are so jam-packed with projects, goals, ideas, etc. jogging around a beautiful park or lake is a great de-stresser and a good time for people to catch up with each others news, events etc. whilst also making time for their health and fitness.
In the South East we have some of the most beautiful places in the country to enjoy like Virginia Water Lake, Savill Gardens and the fantastic Windsor Great Park.
