Does my GLUTEUS MAXIMUS look big in this?

It is one of three muscles that make up your behind. Your Medius and Minimus are the other two but that is not really important at the moment. This is a very important muscle it allows you to stand up and sit down from your chair.

There are a few simple exercises you can do to make sure your bum is in tip top condition look wise and performance wise.

•  A heel squeeze whist lying on your front with your leg bent at the knees and your feet turned up, knees separated shoulder width is ideal for isolating the bum muscles.Sqeeze as hard as you can for 5 seconds then rest for 5 seconds then go again as many times as you want.

•  Next up is a single leg extension. Stay on your front and draw in your tummy slowly start to lift one leg of the ground, but make sure you keep your toes and leg as straight as a pencil. Lower the leg and then go with the other one and just keep alternating.

•  Ok now turn on to your side knees bent up half way, ankles to stay together and slowly open your knees whilst keeping your ankles together make sure you have your top buttock tight before you lift your leg.
