Let's Keep it Moving

It's the last thing you want to do when your on a plane I know but if you keep moving it makes such a difference to how you feel when you land and the consecutive days after who wants a sore head and a stiff back at anytime let alone at the beginning of your break. There are some simple things that can be done before you even get on a plane.

•  Get some rest and recovery don't bank on sleeping on the plane.

•  We know the food is not ideal on the plane so try not to rely on it as your main meal, eat something healthy before or take a healthy snack as apposed to eating savory snacks that the airline provide.

•  DRINK, DRINK AND DRINK water that is but I did not need to stipulate that do I. You dehydrate double time on a flight so drinking alcohol is really not a good idea it will cost you a headache.

•  Sit comfortably is a problem I know so take some padding in the form of a pillow or extra clothing that you can use to prop yourself up leaning your head against the seat in front results in a stiff neck trust me I know.
