Let's Keep it Moving
It's the last thing you want to do when your on a plane I know but if you keep moving it makes such a difference to how you feel when you land and the consecutive days after who wants a sore head and a stiff back at anytime let alone at the beginning of your break. There are some simple things that can be done before you even get on a plane.
Get some rest and recovery don't bank on sleeping on the plane.
We know the food is not ideal on the plane so try not to rely on it as your main meal, eat something healthy before or take a healthy snack as apposed to eating savory snacks that the airline provide.
DRINK, DRINK AND DRINK water that is but I did not need to stipulate that do I. You dehydrate double time on a flight so drinking alcohol is really not a good idea it will cost you a headache.
Sit comfortably is a problem I know so take some padding in the form of a pillow or extra clothing that you can use to prop yourself up leaning your head against the seat in front results in a stiff neck trust me I know.
